Robert B. Patterson Jr.
Bob Patterson is the founding shareholder of Patterson Law Office, P.A. The firm practices in the areas of business law, transactions, and commercial litigation. Mr. Patterson has 30 years of law practice experience. He serves as outside general counsel to a number of closely held companies. He also represents individual business owners and entrepreneurs.

In addition to the business and transactional practice, Mr. Patterson has successfully litigated many cases in state and federal district courts and in alternative dispute resolution forums of all kinds. He has presented cases before the Minnesota Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Mr. Patterson’s experience as a litigator has enhanced his transactional and negotiating skills. Bob has also mediated and arbitrated a number of cases involving a variety of business and commercial issues.
Bob Patterson graduated from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota and William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. Mr. Patterson is admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota as well as in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
Mr. Patterson resides with his family in Chanhassen, Minnesota. He is a member of several community and fraternal organizations and is involved with several organizations promoting small business. He has lectured on legal issues affecting entrepreneurs.
